comfort zone
During my time in this "comfort zone", I have made incredible friends, found a superb job and reconnected with family and friends. So that's the big picture. But if I look really carefully, I have taken a few steps out of this zone. I took a leap of faith and flew to an island, I signed up for WAY too many subjects, I ran my first half marathon (and another 3 since then) and accepted Jo'burg as my home, for now. Those were all out of my comfort zone.

I say, instead of being overwhelmed by it all, start small and then slowly work from there.
