Rule No.123 - If you're going to be crazy, you have to get paid for it or else you're going to be locked up.
cra·zy
[krey-zee] adjective, cra·zi·er,cra·zi·est, noun, plural cra·zies.
1. Mentally deranged; demented; insane.
2.
senseless; impractical; totally unsound:
This is the official definition of crazy, I don't know about you but i can honestly say that I have been called more than one of those words before. Does that mean someone should be paying me, or that I should be locked up. Probably the latter, but hey. Maybe the trick is, if you are not a famous writer or actor or artist, to just not get caught being a crazy.
This quote comes from the incredibly deranged yet uber talented Hunter S. Thompson, who wrote one of my all time favorite books (and films) 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas'. His personal story ends tragically but in his life he used his crazy well. He used the lunatic in him and made it part of his talent that we will be benefiting from it for years to come.
Crazy isn't always a bad thing and personally I think it is healthy to have a touch in you. Just make sure to stay this side of the line, else you going to go to a little white room, with a white jacket, that does nothing for your figure and padded walls.
